Cartridge Filling Instructions

Filling a peptide pen cartridge from a reconstituted peptide vial.

Gather Supplies:

Sterilize:

  • Clean the vial and syringe with alcohol wipes.

  • Work in a clean environment to avoid contamination.

Drawing the peptide out:

  • Open up needle pack, assemble and sterilise.

  • Insert the needle into the peptide vial and push air into the vial (this will help draw the peptide out).

  • Draw the peptide out into the syringe slowly.

Filling the cartridge:

  • Open up the sterilise pouch and sterilise the rubber top of the cartridge.

  • Insert the needle into the top of the cartridge (MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS KEEP PRESSURE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CARTRIDGE, SO THE RUBBER BUNG DOESNT POP OFF)
  • Push the peptide in slowly and draw air out (repeat a 2-3 times)

Discard all waste appropriately

Store Properly:

  • Store at 2°C and 6°C and away from sunlight.

Key Tips:

  • Peptide Care: Avoid shaking or excessive heat. Some peptides need specific conditions (e.g., pH or reducing agents).

  • Safety: Research peptides are not for human use.
