Watch our step-by-step video guides covering reconstitution, cartridge filling, and peptide pen usage.

These videos walk you through the key processes for handling research peptides. Click each section below to watch the video and read the accompanying instructions.

This video demonstrates how to reconstitute a lyophilised peptide vial using bacteriostatic water. The process involves sterilising the vial tops, slowly adding water down the inner wall, and gently swirling (never shaking) until dissolved.

For the full written guide, see our Peptide Reconstitution Guide. Use the Peptide Dosage Calculator to determine the correct volume of water for your desired concentration.

This video shows how to transfer a reconstituted peptide solution from a vial into a 3mL sterile cartridge for use with the reusable peptide pen.

Key steps:

  • Draw the reconstituted peptide from the vial using a reconstitution needle
  • Sterilise the rubber top of the cartridge with an alcohol wipe
  • Insert the needle into the cartridge and inject slowly, keeping pressure on the bottom bung so it doesn't pop out
  • Draw out any air bubbles and repeat 2–3 times until all solution is transferred

Store the filled cartridge at the recommended temperature, away from sunlight.

This video walks through using the Regen Peptides reusable pen — from loading a cartridge and attaching a needle tip, to priming.

Needle tips available in 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm.
