Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water by slowly adding it down the inner wall of the vial, then gently swirling (never shaking). For step-by-step instructions with video, see our Reconstitution Guide. Use the Dosage Calculator to determine the correct volume.

Every order includes the lyophilised vial(s). You will need to add bacteriostatic water and any accessories necessary. Check out our bundles that include accessories.

Store lyophilised (unopened) peptides at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C if reconstituting within a few weeks. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within 4–6 weeks. Keep away from direct light and avoid freeze-thaw cycles. See our storage guide for more detail. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the event of:

• Damaged item on arrival
