Find out where your order is and when it will arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use the links below to track your parcel in real time:
Royal Mail Tracking — For all standard and tracked Royal Mail shipments.
DPD Tracking — For next-day and express DPD deliveries.
Simply enter your tracking number on the relevant carrier's website to see live updates on your delivery status.
After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If your order was sent via Royal Mail, track it at royalmail.com/track-your-item. If it was sent via DPD, track it at dpd.co.uk/tracking.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it's still not there, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take an additional working day. You'll always receive an email notification once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery:
We offer fast UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day. Most UK orders arrive within 1 working day of dispatch.
International Delivery:
International orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Tracking is available for all international shipments.
It's normal for tracking information to take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. Royal Mail in particular can be slow to scan parcels at certain sorting facilities.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us at jake.cook@regenpeptides.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.

Yes — we offer worldwide shipping on all orders. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take between 5–10 working days.
